To the fine art of crafting American whiskey, we raise this toast of Assam black tea aged in a wet Westward Whiskey barrel, with intoxicating hints of cacao, brandied cherries and ginger.
Make it a double. Cheers.

A tip if the hat to Ode to Whiskey
I am a lover of both good tea and good whiskey. Ode to Whiskey is a beautiful partnership of two of my favorite things.

Subtle but Good
I am a big whiskey drinker so I was excited to try this. Other brands/types of whiskey-related teas I've tried - you either don't taste it at all or it's seriously too much. This has a very subtle taste to it. I enjoyed the coconut flakes in there too. I would say it is more of a weaker tea. I find that I have to use more than I do with other teas to get it as strong as I like.

Spot of Tea
I ordered a variety of teas and eagerly awaited delivery of: Ode to Whiskey, British Brunch, Portland Breakfast, Lord Bergamot & Lover's Leap teas. Based on the delightful ingredients and descriptions of each (and considerable price points), my expectations were high. I regret to report I found each blend to be extremely mild, with little to no flavour. Perhaps it is just my personal taste, as I hoped for more robust brews, which I had planned to serve for a tea party. If your preference is very subtle blends, these teas may be perfect for you, but most unfortunately, are a disappointment to me.
