Midnight Sun® Set of 4 Soup Cereal Bowls

Rate zero. . . . lowest rate you have! I have had my Midnight Sun dinner set for 30 years in which I have added extra serving pieces. I love the pattern, and the quality. However have had some plates get chips from everyday usage and a few broken pieces. So I have ordered replacement 4 piece set and 4 extra soup bowls. I did receive the order and I am very dissatisfied with all of it. Quality, overall looks and sizes of some pieces. plates smaller, coffee mugs larger shiny finish on plates. Does not match my beautiful set. I do not feel. Like I should have to pay the almost 80. 00$ return fee when that would be half of what I paid for the pieces I ordered. Very disappointed in your return policy and quality Does not have the Pfaltzgraff name on it. Nor should it

Not the same Midnight Sun original pattern (i. e. no pattern, just black bowl). And it's a bit smaller than the orignal soup/cereal bowl. It'll work, just not what we expected.
