I ordered this dinnerware set as a wedding gift. Sadly, UPS lost the package. We went through the necessary channels and Mikasa immediately expedited a second shipment so the bride could receive her gift in time. The bride loved the pattern and was very happy with the set! Thank you Mikasa

Everything was Good. Some disappointment with the packaging though.

Hi, everything was delivered on time, in-tact and with the Mikasa quality of product. The sale promotion also was a great incentive to purchase from Mikasa directly versus a department store. The only issue was that the packaging was more of a warehouse cardboard box, and not appropriate for a gift. This was a gift and I would have preferred the gift quality box and not the cardboard. Previous purchases made had the gift quality boxes.
