Defective Dinner Set

Ten of the 12 dinner plates had black smudges in the middle that was glazed in. This was not a result of the reflection coating. Six of the 12 salad plates were also defective with indents, smudges, and black lines bleeding on the plates. The warehouse could not guarantee quality of replacement plates so the entire set was returned. I'm still waiting for the credit for my VISA. The red color was nice and I liked the design on the salad plates.
