Without having read the instructions, I ordered my pant size. The belt arrived and of course, it was too short. I still wanted the belt so I sent it back and Eddie sent me the same thing but one size up. The return process was as simple as it gets. The new belt arrived a week later. The return and re-ship was at no charge. These guys are easy to do business with. No questions, no hassles. Once the box was opened, the earthy smell of freshly oiled equestrian tack wafted up.
