Honey Bee Goat Gouda

the bee gouda has quickly became one of our favorite cheeses ever it's actually become a problem as when we don't have any we find ourselves fiending for some lol. and as always there is no cheesemonger with better service than anatoly at cured and cultivated. just an absolute pleasure to deal with.

This cheese is so distinct and delicate at the same time. It starts and finishes in completely different places and goes so perfectly with some prosciutto or fruit!

My Favorite Cheese!

It's one of my favorites and most difficult to find. Honey Bee Goat Gouda is the perfect balance of slightly tangy, earthy, soft with a touch of honey to...well balance it all. Its delicious!!!
