Must have been a bad batch

We have been buying this hay for a while and our bunnies have always loved it. This last box must have been a different cut of hay because it was more like straw and all 3 bunnies would not eat it. Binky Bunny took care of us and all is good and I’m not afraid to buy it in the future.
