Ultra Premium Soft Timothy Hay

I struggle with giving stars because typically the soft Timothy hay is worthy of a 4-5 and the customer service is always a 5! With that being said, the last 3, 5lb boxes I have received would get one star and went straight in the trash. I understand hay is inconsistent for many reasons so I am currently holding out as long as possible for the next crop with my fingers crossed. I hope this info helps and I will check in a few weeks to see if there is any improvement. Thank you as always, you guys are great!! 🐰💕

Not the usual soft timothy

This is the only time that we were not happy with your soft timothy hay. We understand that many things can happen to crops, but it's very sad for us that this particular hay was affected. My rabbit has been eating this for over two years and it was always consistent and great. Hopefully your next harvest will be your usual soft timothy hay, we'll be waiting.

Not sure what is going on

I’ve been ordering soft Timothy from you for many years. I always spoke with Jessie who knew what my bun liked and would go check each box to be sure it was up to par before it was shipped to me. Before she left, she sent me a sample of the most recent batch and told me it would be the same if I ordered in the next few weeks which I did. What I received was a completely different hay, all brown and barely green. Totally different from what Jessie sent me and unlike any soft Timothy I’ve ever received from you. I called and you sent me two different samples of medium Timothy and orchard hay, neither works for my bun. She is eating the brown hay reluctantly. I hope the soft Timothy improves with the next batch. I wish there was transparency with what I’m going to receive. The pictures sent to me by the new gal do not at all match the hay I received. I do understand nature is unpredictable but what I received does not match at all the description on your website of the soft Timothy currently being offered and sent out to customers.
