Nose of maple, tasted fruity at first like plum or raspberry, mellowed to banana and honey, then left a hazelnut aftertaste. Flavorful but subtle, not astringent or bitter. Texture was soft and fudgy. All around, a pleasing bar!

Smooth & delicious!

This bar has a smooth mouth-feel… very creamy when melting – which is usually the case when there is cocoa butter added, but with only two ingredients (cacao & cane sugar), the processing & quality of this bar is superb! The fruit notes are delightful. Highly recommend! It’s right up there aside Dandelion chocolates in terms of quality and flavor notes.
