Nothing but the highest praise
It would be impossible to make a bad cup of coffee with dark roast Sumatra and a french press. I should know -- I've tried! Use too much or too few grounds, too much or too little water, or leave it steeping too long. It's still the best tasting morning get-your-day-going coffee you can find. Foolproof even when you're sleepy or in a big hurry, this is the best, most forgiving, most delicious brew ever.

The Best, hands down!
Close to 20 years I have relied on Cafe Altura to provide the most delicious and Earth Friendly coffee beans IN THE WORLD! And they have never fallen short. The Sumatra Dark Roast is scrumptious, low acidity, FULL bodied, and not at all bitter. I use about a cup of full beans per 9 cups of water, and it is perfect every time! The (used to be 4 lbs) 5 pound bag is exceptional in value and storage. As a single guy it will last me a while, but with the sealable bag it keeps fresh week after week. I will NOT buy another brand since Cafe Altura is both a great cost and a great company; trying to attain sustainability on our planet while supporting indigenous populations.
