I put it in my daith, never took it out, and it broke. It's really beautiful, and everything else I've gotten has been phenomenal, so I got a new one and so far so good. Edit: I had some ear pain tonight so I looked with a mirror and the inlay is cracked/ lifted. It's unusable now.
