Treat it like a thick steak
I know it says from slow cooking, but I sear it up as a thick blue steak and love it. The problem is that I can eat too many of them.

My go to every day steak,
For not much than super market beef a really tender when stewed, slow roasted and thinly sliced for sandwiches/ salads.
