Wintersteiger Adjustable Wax Iron is perfect for the home do it yourself guy!

In my case I was putting new eSkins on my Salomon RC8 XC skis. After watching a couple of You Tube videos I realized a wax iron was going to be needed to heat the glue holding the old skin making it easier to remove and also give the new eSkin an iron to ensure the new skin was secure. I was pretty confident in the Wintersteiger name recognizing it as the best in the tuning business. No temperature markings on the rotary dial but no problem. The full range is from 212-356*F and you can guestimate your temperature setting by how much you rotate the dial.

My brother bought the same iron 12 years ago. Sometimes we are a little rough on equipment. It finally died. Liked it enough that I bought one. Got home last night from an early season trip to the mountain so I'll use it this weekend
