Custom Size Vinyl Mat

I ordered 2 mats from VMAT. I first ordered the 4x6 and was very satisfied with the overall. I decided to order a custom runner 2x12 to fit along side the first one. When the runner came I discovered that they shrunk the design to fit the custom size such that they do not match and look awkward next to each other. I immediately contacted the vendor and they offered to redo the first mat and shrink the design to match the runner. Unfortunately, that would look like it sounds, a miniture design that doesnt look good. They also wanted me to return the first mat in pristine condition, the one that had been used for 5 days and no longer pristine. The venfor is polite and responsive but unrealistic and inflexible about mistakes they made. I cant recommend them with such practices.
