Beautiful & Excellent Customer Service

Received our mats on a Friday. They're a nice thick vinyl which lays flat quickly after being rolled up during transit and so beautiful. Customer service is A+++ as I had an issue with the coloring rubbing off two days after I got them (a sticker and some cake were smashed in) even though I used just water and a wipe. The customer service rep assured me that should not happen and promised to send me a replacement, and was forwarding my email to her product team. The replacement came quickly. I'm not sure what happened with the first runner, but I haven't had any issues with the smaller mat which gets walked on just as much. I'm going to assume I just got a dud. It happens. As long as they fix it, which they did, I'm happy and I would definitely do business here again.

Great! Item pictured was exactly how it looked when I received it. The item clearly stated it would take about 2-3 weeks before it was ready to ship and it was. I really like my new V Mat

great! ive bought other vinyl mats, and i dont know why, but they do not compare! durability, ease of cleaning, so superior!!! i wish i had more floors!
