First of all, it's dubbed in English. The instructor is southpaw but he also do Orthodox on some combos/techniques. This video is a bit on the intermediate side but with enough foundation as a beginner, it is easier to follow. Saenchai has a lot of fun combos and techniques to learn. If you love doing high kicks, I recommend this. As a shortie who wants to clinch a taller opponent, there's a technique to that. It's fun to watch and learn new things from Saenchai. I'd recommend this once you get the foundation down.
