I have only used this item one time, but am pleased with all the features.

Very disappointed

I ordered your folding face razor recently. I have used this type for a long time, so I know how to handle them. When I started it seemed find, but then it was hurting and I checked my face it was cutting the skin. Honestly I was shocked. I didn’t try the other one. So disappointing, loved the folding feature. I’m not sure what to do at this point. Suzette White
