No "stars" at all

I've been buying bee pollen from NZ for years: consistently the same high quality product. For the past several months bee pollen has been out of stock; when I saw about two weeks ago that it was back in stock, i put an order in. What I received was NOT the same product: It is hardly even recognizable (both in taste and texture) as bee pollen. I don't know what this is, but it's lousy! New owner so new supplier? I don't know -- but I will be shopping elsewhere now.
