Smooth, sweet and slightly rich, Ceylon is a great all-rounder. We use it in some of our other blends because it's such a fresh, versatile leaf. But here it has a chance to shine on its own - expect a light, but punchy cup.

A Good Brew.
I found I had to use more leaves than stated to get a decent strength tea. It then had some body and flavour. It was equally good with or without milk. For me, maybe a single origin leaf doesn't quite satisfy what I want from a tea, I think I need a blend of leaves but this is definitely one for the caddy and will also elevate any mix that I make in the future. I recommend everyone to give it a go.

Quite good
I lived and worked in Sri Lanka for a while and became a tea enthusiast; this tea is quite nice but not as distinctively and delicately flavoured as I remember the best of Sri Lankan tea. If I were to be harsh, I could say it's slightly insipid. Definitely drinkable but not outstanding.

Ideal Afternoon Cuppa
Can’t beat a cup of Ceylon in the afternoon or when getting home from work. Love the display tins, I now have 4 and they bring colour and vibrancy to the kitchen.
