The Bolt Sling - Full Beanz

The product is great, looks great and performs how it should. Love the sling. On the other hand, the customer service was less than ideal. From the time I placed my order to when I got it it was somewhere around 2 months if not a little more. In that time span there was 0 communication as to why the sling took so long to even be shipped out. Turns out there was an issue with getting one of the sling parts that was needed to complete the order. The only way you would have known was looking at the website or looking at their Instagram and reading the comments under posts of other people complaining. While I understand that these things happen, the way they approached it was not what I would have imagined from this company. There was no reply from customer service when I inquired multiple times about what was happening. TLDR; great product, subpar customer service, 0 communication.

Very well made sling, soft to the touch but sturdy. I love the easy adjustment with the pull tab. 10 outta 10!
