Our first sensor broke after just one or two uses. They promptly shipped a new one, that one got lost in the mail. Then I requested a new one and they shipped it and it arrived within a week. Thank you for helping our family out! This device is crucial for us to monitor our child at high elevation.

The infant foot wrap works great for my 9 month old while we acclimate to high elevation. He doesn’t mind it at all, and I can easily secure it on & it works immediately. I’ll be recommending to all my mom friends! I got an “open box” deal and it looks new.
