High Quality Beef!

This is my third half I have purchased from McLean, and every one has been amazing. Having raised cattle growing up on the farm back in the 70's, I like to think I have a good sense of what is good, quality meat. And McLean does it the right way.

Great Quality

I have purchased 2 halves from McLean, and will be placing an order for my third shortly. High quality meat. The ground beef is excellent IMO. very little fat to drain when cooking. The price is on this high side, but I always say you get what you pay for.

1/2 beef order

All cuts of meat were fantastic but the ground beef is FULL of fat! I really don’t understand this because I can get less fat from the rolls at grocery stores. For this reason I will never order bulk beef from them again. Ground beef is HALF of the $2,200 order it needs to be good quality!
