Warchal Amber Violin D String

Warm, deep sound

My fiddle tends to be a little bright sounding, which many folks would like. But I play old time fiddle and like a darker, warmer sound. I find I can get that with Warchal Amber, which I use for the G and D strings. They aren’t as expensive as some, which is also nice.

Warchal Amber strings bring out the best in my instrument. I keep them clean with a small scrubber sponge and replace them as they begin to unravel. They are not as durable as some strings but are unsurpassed in their production of the tones that make playing rewarding. I will keep using them!
