Excellent Place to Buy A Violin

I was able to speak with a very knowledgeable employee Charlie, on the phone. He helped with me with all the components I wanted to purchase along with my violin. He was knowledgeable and personable. I loved that they provided YouTube videos of their violins to help in the selection process. I knew I wanted the Soul violin when I called but needed all the accoutrements as well. I received my violin very quickly. And after opening and tuning it surpassed my expectations. If I hadn’t been happy I knew I was covered by their guarantee that I could return it if I wasn’t happy. But I was. More than happy. It’s a beautiful instrument and was packaged so perfectly. Not a scratch on it. I cannot recommend this shoppe more!! It’s a dream violin for me and they made the experience everything I hoped for.
