Holstein 1-Star Pernambuco Cello Bow

New bow for a old cello.

I am a beginner, adult Cello student. I recently purchased the Holstein 1-star Bow, and was very pleased with the experience. I received good advice from the staff at Fiddlershop and was able to trial 2 bows. That process was also smooth and easy. Replacing a 10 year old entry level bow made a big difference as you might have guessed, but being able to trial before purchase took away all doubts. The bow looks, feels and plays beautifully. Great bow

Trying to keep the cost down I opted for the 1 Star cello bow. Wow... it’s a great bow, every bow I played in this price point had no response like this does off my cello. Projection is clean! As I dig to project power it’s a lot easier and smoother. Again great bow!
