Excellent service as always! Fast delivery. The product is really good! I have it for my E string on a rosewood harp model tailpiece on an old Ohio made violin. If anyone is wondering, the ball of Helicore E fits on the prong just fine. The action of the screw is very smooth and this thing will tune a fair bit (in playing around with it, I found I could get up to F#-ish from E) . I never use it that tight but it will do it.

The fine tuner arrived quickly and was very easy to install. I’m happy with the fine tuner, it functions exactly as it’s supposed to.
