The AirMini takes getting used to, and I'm still working on it. The original mask I ordered was the nasal pillow - that wasn't working for me. I finally called Sleeplay, got past two AI operators, and spoke to Nick, a human. Our phone connection was spotty, but Nick was compassionate and understanding. I was able to use the one-time return-a-mask credit. I am surprised and pleased. I still have to get used to the AirMini - my regular machine is a BiPap - but a full face mask will help a lot. Have never used the nasal pillows so it really helped that it came with 2 sizes. Going to really like taking this on my travels.
