My first time trying the anima mind I reishi Loved it but found it mixed into water less well than the sun potion

Dislike mushrooms on my plate but love them in a mug!

I love the earthy tase of these. Started putting 1/2 tsp in smoothie but decided it tasted better in a hot oat milk coffee! Great start to the day! Not sure what it does but if 'feels' powerful.
