Saltverk Licorice Sea Salt

I thought I’d try this as recommended in the shortbread recipe in The Magic Kitchen, & it’s a delicious addition. The bowl was spotless. I love Saltverk salts.

Bought this for my Mum. She and my Brother tried some on ice cream and they loved it. It has many uses in cooking and the jar should last a while. I will be buying more when it runs out.
