Nori is a great source of iodine, small flakes with a relatively mellow taste and small for a sea vegetable, you can add it to virtually anything especially a stew

Would recommend

I would recommend the subtle and versatile flavour of this nori, very nice added at the end of salads.

I add them all the time to my salads with sprouts, they are wonderful😋
