Great shopping experience

The true test of a store is when something goes wrong. This was one of my best retail experiences. I have ordered before and all has gone smoothly but this time one of my nutcrackers was damaged. I sent a pic and immediately received a notification that a replacement was on the way. I donated the damaged piece and the entire thing was solved with no effort. Thank you!!
