A Regrettable Purchase

I’m a repeat Travel Pro customer. I love my first bag so i decided to purchase a medium checked hardside bag. I don’t like it all. It’s bulky and for the additional size really doesn’t hold all that much more than my carry on. A bigger problem is the handles. I don’t know how these got past the design phase- I’m a small frame person and my hand does not fit easily around the handle- it catches between the handle and the bag. I thought the reinforcement corners and strip were a good idea- however after one flight the strip on the back of my bag was loose. I’m very disappointed given the price point of the Platinum Elite and this brands reputation. Shipping took 9 days.
