Bh Bloodworm Barbless (Size 10)

Remarkably effective today, dull windy conditions and the bloodworm clearly excited the fish, grayling!!

Used this fly at two different stillwater venues, caught twice out of three sessions. Fished it on a 9ft six inch leader and a 2ft tippet sinking slowly, static for a few mins then slow retrieve. Fish where caught on the retrieve with weather conditions being sunny intervals with clear water and flat conditions. The one time I did not catch it was overcast with a small ripple on the water. Think gold head makes all the difference.
