(Here's what a real review looks like) Material quality is outstanding: The steel is precisely formed, uniform, very sturdy and well fitting. The powder coat finish is flawless and durable. Rollers operate smoothly and quietly. Assembly instructions are adequate, but neither the printed manual nor the website instructions are complete-- both have information the other doesn't, so looking at both gives a more complete picture, especially regarding dimensions. (There are still some dimensions missing that either have to be measured or calculated for build and install.) The instructions need to be updated slightly to accurately show the newest configuration of the hardware. There are much higher priced hardware kits out there, but I don't know what would justify the added cost. This product lacks nothing in quality and function that could be improved by buying a "higher end" brand.
