Name Bracelet w/ Cuban Chain

I am so disappointed in myself for purchasing from you. Not only was my delivery date pushed back multiple times and my items arrived much later than they were supposed to, so they were not in my possession in time for my maternity shoot, which is why I purchased these items. But also the bracelet I ordered was supposed to be 7.1 inches and instead it is over 9 inches long which is way too big for my wrist and if I want to be able to wear it I’m gonna have to take it to a jeweler to have them size it correctly. I will never be purchasing from Dorado again. In the time that I have been wearing the necklace that I bought, the name plate has faded to a lighter gold than the chain, which is unacceptable.

Love this bracelet, I gave a four star because I purchased the bracelet for my daughter and the measurements were off but I solved it by wrapping the bracelet around her wrist twice
