I purchased your soft water system 18 years ago but for the last 2 years the water just didn’t feel soft. I did a little research and found that it was recommended I change the resin media. I knew the system was still working as my potassium would still need replenishing on a regular basis. I changed the resin and now I have very nice soft water again. Best $ 235 spent since I originally purchased your system. Thank you for having a great product! Greg Bandy

I was pleasantly surprised when received it in Florida after 3 days of ordering it from you in California you never mentioned that you have a distributor in Tampa fl. Thank you and The unit I have is 22 years new , I changed the Resin in 2011 and it was good for 10 years , it was time to change it again and it worked fine it is back to auto recharge every 4 days and works perfectly. I have had to replace the seals in the Distributor every 3 to 4 years , which is normal ware and tare, and the cost of a new one is 3 to 4 times what i paid in the beginning preventative maintenance is worth the time.
