Great product better customer service

I've been incredibly impressed with both this grill and the company behind it. The HitchFire F-20 is a fantastic tailgating and camping grill. It heats evenly, has plenty of cooking space for a small group, and the hitch-mounted design is genuinely convenient. Being able to swing it out from the vehicle and cook without hauling a separate stand or table is a game changer. It's sturdy, well-built, and feels like a product that's made to last. What really earned this review, though, was the customer service. I needed an extra-long hitch receiver bolt for my truck. I reached out to HitchFire expecting to purchase one, but instead they shipped it out the very same day at no charge. That level of support is rare these days and says a lot about how they stand behind their products. A great grill is one thing. A company that genuinely takes care of its customers is something else entirely. HitchFire delivers on both counts. Highly recommended.

The whole set up is awsome, Looks great and works perfectly. Also it is very sturdy on the back of the truck. Football season cant start soon enough.
