BAKFlip MX4 tonneau cover for 16-23 Tacoma w/ Deck Rail System

2017 tacoma 4x4 trd sport -cut outs on the plastic bed rail caps for stock cover are not covered completely by the bakflip mx4. even if i install the drain tubing, water will still get into the bed. -when closing the portion of the cover closest to the tailgate, the latch bolt pushes the railing down and doesnt secure. ive found that the railing flexes in this area. i have to support or push up on the railing in order for the latch bolt to catch
