Firstly I must say, the customer service team is amazing! Very helpful and accommodating. The boots arrived beautifully packed, and they look just as they do on the photos. The fit is a bit big, I would say half a size, so I thought it would be ideal to wear with thick socks during winter. They do look very nice on. Only trouble is that unfortunately the hill part rubs quite a bit, so after a couple of wears it’s now uncomfortable to have on. Hopefully plaster and a half size insole will solve the issue, because they are lovely boots otherwise. Would be a shame not to be able to wear them…

I have three pairs of these boots, two black and one brown. Beautiful and good boots, although on one of the boots the seam came loose.
