I had an issue with the first pair sent (there was a manufacturing fault and the hinge of one pair was broken), but excellent customer service - even over the Betwixtmas period - and communication meant that I had a replacement pair in super-quick time which are perfect. Beautiful jewellery at reasonable prices

I have bought a number of items now both for myself and as presents, they are truly gorgeous! The Huggie hoops are well made, easy to put in and to be honest I don’t take them out, just perfect!

Lovely items but don’t last

Had my earrings for 10 days and one of the stones has already fell out of them, shame because they’re lovely but not very sturdy
