Outdoorsmans Leica Trinovid/Duovid Binocular Stud

Customer service does not respond to emails

I have sent two inquiries to customer service regarding the products I purchased but they do not provide any answers to the problems. I bought the stud they recommended but they do not provide any help with installing it or anything else. The products are good but the customer service is miserable.

Works great along with my other Leica and Swarovski's that I have set up the the Outdoorsmans Stud system just wish all binocular manufacturers were compatible for their system.

Recommend to loctite mine fell off and required replacement
