This has been our go-to roast for years for our morning cappuccinos or a cup from an aeropress. We never get tired of it. Wonderfully balanced chocolate, fruit, and coffee roast that lingers long and light on the tongue. Also delightful in a pourover or when ground coarse for a French press.
