This was our first purchase from OM, and the caviar arrived the next day, as scheduled, and packaged in a well insulated cooler with ice packs. The Ossetra caviar was a delicious treat for our Chrismas Eve celebration. If you like buttery, soft pearls (but in no way mushy), this one is for you.
We will be trying the Kaluga Hybrid to ring in the New Year!
