Our first ring didn’t fit properly and it did have a slight imperfection on it. The return process was very simple, I did have to pay for processing fees but I knew that ahead of time so it was expected. We ordered the new ring and it’s perfect! Sizing wise he did end up needing a whole size up from what he measured at our jeweler, we didn’t download the sizing guide but if you don’t want to worry about returning things, I would recommend it as we had to size up.
