Totem Compact 40L Stone Waste & Recycling Trash Can

Nice looking, but too small to really be useful. Wanted to return it, but you have to ship it yourself and there’s no refund unless they “receive” the package. I felt this was really unclear from the website, which made no mention of the customer handling all return shipments.

no self closing lid

it would be 5 stars if the garbage lid self closed—my $20 garbage can does that.

Sits off the wall - return shipping expensive!

I wanted this “bin” to work out but due to the design having a rear column or spine that holds the two compartments, it sits a couple of inches off the wall - especially with a baseboard as well. I hoped to send it back, however, the shipping cost was only $20 less than the price of the whole trash can so now I’m stuck with an expensive item I don’t want to use. It would be great if Joseph and Joseph could provide their bulk shipping rates for returns and deduct it from a refund like so many other companies these days.
