Love these bins. The small size is perfect. It’s space saving and keeps my kitchen looking great. The small bins are also designed for the bags they also sell, and the size means my home doesn’t smell from old garbage.

It feels funny to say I'm besotted by a trash can, but I am. After years of having my (messy) garbage in one place and recycling in two other spots, my tiny kitchen and my entry hall finally look neat. Great looks without sacrificing usefulness is a wonderful thing to have. I thought I'd continue keeping my food waste in the freezer until I was ready to bring them my compost station but it turns out those trash bags are fully compostable so I'm even using that feature. Nitpicking: If the bottom compartment had an optional divider, it would be easier to use it for paper as well as metal/glass. The trash bags are a tiny bit too small. I have to put the bucket on the counter to tug them off which is potentially messy. An extra inch in the total circumference would really help. But I have other bags that work fine. As to whether I'd recommend this product to a friend, I already have, a couple of times.
