They are even more beautiful than expected!!

Beautiful way to preserve a wedding bouquet!! And so different!!

The coasters are cute and we are so happy to have my flowers as a memory for our home. However, their production time was significantly longer than expected and customer service was way below what I anticipated, especially considering the price tag on these coasters. I emailed a couple of times once we were nearing, then past the coasters’ expected arrival and both times I felt that the reply I received was short and basically telling me to hold my horses. Eventually, the company sent out an email giving explanations for why production times were different than advertised, which made me feel certain that I was not the only one experiencing this. All in all, a good idea and a cute product. I think that this could be a DIY project for those brides who want to get crafty with preserving their bouquet but don’t want to wait 5 months to have it back. Again, I’m glad I have them, but I was disappointed with my experience.
