My Brother-law loves Jeopardy.! No one is allowed to talk during the show except to guess an answer. He lives in Florida after visiting him I now watch Jeopardy every day in Indiana. He loves his pesonalized mug I bought for him.

I received my item damaged and I have tried to reach out to the Jeopardy store twice to get this issue resolved. I have not gotten a response. It’s extremely frustrating as this mug is a gift to my sister and I don’t want to give her a ruined birthday gift. Extremely disappointed by this lack of customer service.
