Nista Cobra Bag

Been using this Nista Cobra Bag for a few sessions now and I really like it. The entire set up is well made. Quiet spring while working it and very responsive. It is more for strike timing, defense moves and lower impact combinations etc. The bag will take hits but does move some even filled 3/4 full. The base is heavy once filled with water or sand but can still move a little. The bag itself does come loose and I will be taping it to keep it from spinning loose. All in all a well made reflex bag reasonably priced. Vali customer service was great to work with. I recommend this Nosta Cobra Bag.

It’s great, fast reflex ,good for timing ,and a good workout when u don’t feel like going to the boxing gym or any other gym 👍🏻
