I train mma and was looking for a way to train in my apartment that wouldn’t be too loud and would work with really limited space. I ordered the Spar Rope and I absolutely love it. It’s great quality, compact, versatile and way quieter than a speed bag. It’s easy to put up and take down so it doesn’t take up space when I’m not training. I’m also a personal trainer and I ended up bringing it to work to use with my clients. That’s the most fun I’ve ever seen them have with cardio lol. To top it off the customer service is top tier! Couldn’t recommend more
