I've been looking for something like this for a while. I can only train in my garage because of kids and life, so this is the closest that I can get to sparring right now. It really forces you to keep good habits and not fall into laziness.

The most important part of Boxing

I love this double end bag because it doesn’t need constant refilling. The responsiveness of the string and ease of height adjustment has seriously improved my jab. No to mention an older retired hall of fame boxer stopped by while I was training and gave me a few pointers. Thank God for Gleasons gym in Brooklyn NY.
